Summary: Our products are digital. Because digital goods are delivered instantly
and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, sales are final after access. We offer free
previews and demos so you can evaluate before buying.
1. Digital products (courses, toolkits, templates, downloads)
All digital products are delivered electronically and made available immediately after successful payment.
Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or its content viewed, the sale is final and no refund will be provided.
Before purchasing, you can use the free preview/demo (including the free CMA practice test and sample lesson) to assess suitability.
2. Web tools / subscriptions
Subscription tools (e.g., the Reconciliation Web Tool) can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, but access continues until the end of that cycle.
3. Custom ERP / done-for-you builds
Custom build engagements are governed by the individual project agreement signed before work begins, not by this instant-refund policy.
Milestone payments, scope, and cancellation terms are defined in that agreement.
4. Exceptions — when we will refund
If you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error on our side.
If you were charged more than once for the same item (duplicate payment).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
5. How to request
Email contact@rakeshsingh.tech with your order ID and the
reason within 7 days of purchase. We respond within 2 business days.
